Southview Home Owners Association (HOA) - Governing Documents
The officially established governing documents for Southview SID/HOA are the Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) and Rules and Regulations (not covered in Bylaws or CC&Rs).
The Bylaws outline the logistics of how the SID and HOA should function. Click on the icons to the right, which will open a new window with a multicolor triangle ( ) on its tab. The CC&R's cover the rights and obligations of the HOA to its members and vice versa. The CC&R's also amplify certain elements contained in the Bylaws. Click on the icon to the right to view Southview's CC&R's. The statements about opening, closing, viewing, printing and downloading (from just above) also apply here.
The Rules & Regulations cover those issues, not sufficiently covered in the bylaws and CC&R's, that need resolution due to changes in the HOA community.
