Governing Documents
The governing documents for Southview SID/HOA are the Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Rules and Regulations.
The Bylaws establish the governance structure, specifying things like Members' voting rights and the duties of the Board of Directors. The Southview Homeowners Association and Southview Improvement District each have their respective Bylaws. You can view these by clicking on the links on the right.
The CC&Rs cover the rights and obligations of the HOA to its members and vice versa. The CC&Rs also amplify certain elements contained in the Bylaws. Click on the link to the right to view Southview's CC&Rs.
