Southview Grounds
The Southview development, comprised of 66 picturesque acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean, is located 7 miles north of Florence, Oregon. Approximately 20 acres are devoted to homeowner lots with the remaining 46 undeveloped acres being common property managed by the Homeowner’s Association.
Southview Common Property is maintained by professional contractors who provide regular maintenance including mowing, tree/brush trimming and annual gorse abatement. Lot owners are responsible for maintaining their grounds in good condition.
