Southview Grounds

 

The Southview development, comprised of 66 picturesque acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean is located 7 miles north of Florence Oregon.  Approximately 20 acres are devoted to home-owner lots with the remaining 46 undeveloped acres being “Common Property” managed by the Southview Home Owner’s Association.

Southview Common Property is maintained by professional contractors who provide regular maintenance including mowing, tree/brush trimming and annual gorse abatement.  Lot owners are responsibility for maintaining their grounds in good condition.
