Access to nearby Baker Beach is from a relatively steep trail off the west side of Hwy 101 that originates about 100 yards south of the Southview entrance.  See the map segment just to the right to locate the start of this beach access trail.  This is a beautiful beach area but please use caution in getting to this trail head due to traffic along Hwy 101.  Also, the climb back up from the beach to HWY 101 can be physically challenging for some.   Below is a picture taken along this trail.
