Southview homeowners are members in two associations, Southview Homeowners Association (HOA) and Southview Improvement District (SID). These are non-profit corporations that manage the operation of the Southview subdivision. SID is primarily concerned with the water system and the HOA oversees all other activities. HOA and SID share a common Board of Directors.
