Southview HOA Standing Committees
According to Southview Bylaws (Section 3.12), Standing Committees shall be appointed by the Board of Directors. At present the members of these committees consist of the entire Board of Directors. The following are the Standing Committees for the Southview HOA:

Landscape Committee

HOA Budget: The HOA budgets annually for Landscape enhancement for Southview independent of the annual Tree Budget. This helps homeowners defer costs to the SVHOA to replant new trees or shrubs after tree logging has been done or improve forest health and diversity. Homeowners can discuss with Southview board members before submitting a brief proposal to the board for approval.
The Southview Board has set up an account with Julie (Owner) at Laurel Bay Gardens to purchase plants using the Landscape Budget.
